what day are you on ? if you are in the first 2-3 days then this is totally normal and your body is just holding onto the water and will 'let it go ' soon . It really is true that the more water you drink , the less you retain so keep drinking and it will soon go it could also be TOTM ? or just your body retaining for some reason , but it wont last long
I'm on day 6 and not that TOTM. Maybe I'm drinking too much all at once? I make a cup of coffee and a pint of hot water with summer fruits flavouring at the same time. Didnt drink any water til after 2pm as I was out and only drank coffee.
