I feel like I've eaten loads and I hate myself.

All I've eaten is good healthy low carb food. I have eaten a couple of potatoes and one slice of bread (toast) this weekend. The rest of the food I've eaten has been chicken, salad, vegetables... but I feel so guilty.

It's horrible. I feel like I'm going to wake up in the morning with the 2 stone I've lost piled back on.:cry:

when i did weightwatchers years ago i ate tonnes and felt really full and greedy even tho i was well within my points. as long as you have eaten healthy food why feel guilty. any tiny blip can be remedied. you have done this well and lost so much that if you put on a lil bit then all you need to do is grit your teeth and get stuck back into the diet and you will soon lose it.

i know exactly how you feel. I am scared to death of putting weight back on. I have been "re-feeding" for a week, but still not have had any carbs other than fruit, i can't bear the thought of eating bread , pasta or rice. I have been feeling hungry since coming out of ketosis, and feel like i want to go back. I stopped the tfr because i was feeling very tired and had kidney pain, i have another 7 lbs to lose.
I mainly eat chicken , salmon and veg/salad. I want to re-feed properly but can't face it yet.

I can't bear the thought of not losing weight every week. Though I feel 'thin' and am lighter than I've been for years, there's still plenty left round my waist which I don't need.

I'm so scared of getting fat again. I eat but then wish I hadn't.:cry:

You have just written down exactly how I feel, I know I have to start eating food again but it is soooo scary, I know the fear of waking up 2stone heavier will start as soon as I start the refeed next week.

After all that, still lost 2.5lb last week.
