    Hi everyone!

I feel like such crap...i have been hit with a cold....and yesterday i was in tears, all i wanted to do was go to sleep but i couldnt becuase i was sneezing 24-7, had a temp etc etc. I was sitting in tears last night...thinking what am i doing...? i dont know if im feeling even worse than i do because im on cd.

thing is...its not even like im feeling hungry, to tell the truth i could of gone the whole day today without eating but i know that i need to (which i have, forced it down)

second, my funds are running low and dont know if i can afford to do this diet anymore...  (im a student and not working at the mo)

the amount of weight i need to loose it feels like im going to be on this diet forever...and really dont know if i can do it..i just feel like CRAP...

things just seem to be going from bad to worse....

Oh you poor thing, I've got a vile cough & sore throat too! & I know how awful it can make you feel. Think about how much money youy'd be spending on food/booze/takeaways, is it LESS than you pay for CD? I bet Cd is cheaper!
If it takes 10 months (or more) to get to target on CD how long would it take at W/W, S/W or other diets? There's lots of weird feelings & mood swings in the first few days of doing CD so give it a chance, I'm sure there's lots of others able to offer more advice support to you as well.xxxxxx

Sorry to hear your not feeling well, hope you feel better soon :)

Regarding the costs of the diet, i find that i am saving money on this diet as my cupboards are literally empty and the money i'm saving on food, fizzy drinks, takeaways and alcohol is quite amazing.......stick to it! :D

I really hope you're feeling better soon.

Regarding the costs of CD. Everyone is right. It is cheaper than what most people spend on their coffees/snacks/normal food and takeaways.

And also I've not found anything quicker. And I've had a weight problem for 30 years. Look at how well you've done so far, that's brilliant. This will honestly work out to be one of the cheapest and quickest diets. If you chose a healthy eating diet it would take longer and cost so much more money. So where as the healthy eating diets may also work, don't forget that as well as you're membership fee or whatever it is each week, you've got to buy the food you eat. CD is much cheaper.

Hey hun, I'm sorry you feel rubbish!

I know how you feel with the student issue, I am applying for an extended overdraft this week :-( but it is worth it, can you put a price on health?

Keep drinking, and hot tea is amazing when you feel poo! Loads of love xx
