Thankyou BL! Thankyou SB! Yes, it's things like this that really mark your progress. I have been doing this for 18 weeks now - 18 weeks where the difference looks wise seemed so slow to change - I think when you are really big you can lose a lot before it is really noticeable which can be disheartening. So markers like this really mean a lot. Interestingly it has also formed a watershed time where people are now noticing and commenting. Bless my hubbie - he has been great all along and yesterday said that it has got to the point now where he feels he can see the difference that each pound coming off makes.

I am sooooo happy, I feel like I am getting ME back - I have been hidden for the last 10 years, and my confidence is coming flooding back with every pound lost!
