Well done Nessa:)

I have my first weigh in tonight.. feeling a bit nervous as I`m feeling kinda bloated and my ankles have swollen but I have managed to stick to it so fingers crossed!

the slower it comes off nessa the harder it will be to put back on!

1-2lbs a week is the average weightloss for anyone following a sensible diet which is what slimming world is, its more of a healthy LIFESTYLE plan that a diet - one you'll follow most of your life once you get to target and maintain.

1lb is 2 packs of lard which is quite alot when you think about it :eek:
