    lose some weight! i am no longer stuck on 13 stone and 13lb's! I am now 13 stone and 11lb's!

    I have my first weigh in tonight.. feeling a bit nervous as I`m feeling kinda bloated and my ankles have swollen but I have managed to stick to it so fingers crossed!

    thia diet i am on seems to be taking ages, and it's really really slow, as i am only losing like 1-2lb a week

    the slower it comes off nessa the harder it will be to put back on!

    1-2lbs a week is the average weightloss for anyone following a sensible diet which is what slimming world is, its more of a healthy LIFESTYLE plan that a diet - one you'll follow most of your life once you get to target and maintain.

    1lb is 2 packs of lard which is quite alot when you think about it :eek:
