i just want to give up !!

Thank the lord I'm away at work tonight sleeping until tomorow I have brought no money with me (so I have no choice of temptation) only my shakes !! This is day 2 of week four I've lost 1st 2 lbs which ofcourse I'm over the moon about and results r looking fab !! I started at 15st12 so still got a lot to loose bit have reached the point where I haven't eaten for 4 weeks and am fed up but I really don't want to be and am wonderi.g if £40 is justified should I not just goto skimmers world :( I think its slight depression talking what with having to work non stop the next 4 days and everyone else out partying I hope it gets easier again x x
 
Why don't you have a couple of days or a week on SS+ so you eat something. It doesn't affect your losses that much apparently.

And having a SS+ meal is much better than cheating!!!
 
That's a good idea think I will wen I go home tomorow I said I would not fail and I'm not going to think it will defo help me x x

You've done so well to get to week 4 don't give up now, another 4 weeks and you could be a stone lighter again :)

Def try ss+ i had to have a meal today because my body needed it so much and if it keeps you on track, who says its a bad thing?

I think its up to the individual regarding other diet things to try but for me personally another diet is not an option! I have tried and failed for years on every diet and this is the only one I can stick to. Its all or nothing on this diet and could u stick to ww or sw guidelines? I know i couldn't right now because i am still training my mind and body into what is healthy and what isn't... If you feel you could control portions and old habits then consider it.

Talk to ur cdc maybe a step up could be beneficial?

Yes 40quid seems a lot but add up all ur snacks here n there, weekly shopping for another diet and its prob gonna be more!

I'm on week 13, so bit further on than you.. i do think its just depression, mood swings talking. Get your mind focussed and back on track again, find inspiration and you'll be fine. I certainly wouldn't come off cambridge now and try any other diet. This works for me!
 
Please don't give up, we all have bad days and I know it's hard to keep going. I'm seven weeks in and haver had a bad couple of days myself, mainly work pressures making me want to go back to the old patterns of comfort eating.
But you have done fantastically well so far, and imagine what a sense of achievement you'll feel if you manage to get over this and keep on track. Other's advice to try SS+ at least for a short time sounds good to me.
Whatever you do please don't use money as a reason to give up, I have sat down and done the sums and really for me CD is much cheaper than something like Slimming World. SW classes cost £5-ish plus then there's the cost of fresh food and of course all the snacks and treats if you can't stick to plan.

Thank u everyone I had a little lapse last nite bt nothing major I know its knocked me out of ketosis and I'm slightly annoyed with my self bit strangly feel strong again so put it behind me and forward we go x x
 
Thank you am back to diet mode and feeling confident hoping for another set.of good results.in a further 3 weeks time x x x x
