They vary between 9 and 11 syns depending where they're from (apart from Krispy Kreme which are 15). So I would take it as 11 if it was me, enjoy!

we did a food swap at my work with krispy kreme so there were dozens :d'oh: I just took one and cut it in half and gave the bigger half away
it satisfied me enough ^_^
