Yeah, it's fairly common having a puffy face after loaing up on carbs. Some people refer to it as "carb face" lol. Carbs need a lot of water to digest and if you don't drink enough your body retains water, hence the puffiness. You can do all green days but make sure you have lots of superfree, lots of water and a varied selection of green free foods. Lots of lentils, beans, omelettes etc.
