I look puffy after a week on green days!!

I can't lose weight on green alone as I'm a carb junky and can literally eat them until ithey come out my ears. Give it a chance and see what happens for WI then you can decide if its right for you :)
I used to eat mostly pasta, potatoes and things like that on green. I'm trying to eat more speed foods rather than having too many carbs. It seems to be working :)

Yeah, it's fairly common having a puffy face after loaing up on carbs. Some people refer to it as "carb face" lol. Carbs need a lot of water to digest and if you don't drink enough your body retains water, hence the puffiness. You can do all green days but make sure you have lots of superfree, lots of water and a varied selection of green free foods. Lots of lentils, beans, omelettes etc.
I've never noticed this & I live on carbs. Perhaps I am more used to them than you? Anyway hope the bloating goes down soon.
i find it hard to drink loads of water but im gonna try

I dont feel like ive lost any weight this week but all will be revealed in good time ( thursday :S weigh in day)

but i can honestly say i have stuck to plan hand on my heart
