Tis going well so far this week, and I think the pods are working. Nothing dramatic but just a wee bit more spring in my step when I got up. Had a look at T-Tapp webite this morning too and it looks great. I even caught myself trying to join in.

Most unusual for an earlyish morning.

TTapp is fab. I did lots of research and felt step away the inches and the 15 min workout plus, that package were the best. and I love it and I was allergic to exercise :8855:

As you say it's just a pity the import duty is so high cos we'd all want one. And lots more folk will be converts if they read about the difference it has made to you.

Love the allergic to exercise bit. so that's one allergy you've found a cure for.

Honestly I've never liked exercise. I have so many and had so many exercise DVDs that are still in their wrappers. I have good intentions but hate it, yet finally found what works for me. And walking isn't hard and really clears the cobwebs, and the TTapp is nice as no leaping around like a loony I may email them about the postage. I planned to add abit about TTapp on my blog but then people will look and see the extortionate postage It put me off for ages but I then just thought sod it and went ahead but many won't YOu'd think you would be able to get it via Amazon but can't. They sell them but as soon as you try to buy them it says no shipping to UK xxxxxxxxxx

wish I'd taken better piccies PP I didn't think to be honest but the difference already is astounding It says about melting backfat and I just thought 'yeah right' but it has and no measuring shows that. I emailed them yesterday with a query so when they reply I am going to email them about UK as I feel strongly it should be more readily available as its fab xxxxxxx

I've been having a lazy day today, just doing wee bits round the house, not exerting myself in any way so I guess the fitpod hasn't kicked in yet. I've stuck with SE today as well, at least my own slight relaxed version of it. Lots of fruit to compensate for the not 2/3 on my plate.

I'm kind of looking forward to WI on Tuesday to how it's gone for real.
