Husband's awesome recipe. But beware, tis HOT HOT HOT- it is sooo hot, but so good you keep eating even though you should stop! LOL.

Fry finely diced onions (1 big or 2 smallish) & garlic (4 cloves- diced) and season add smoked paprika and sweat them til translucent. Then add the extra lean beef mince (200g for 2), halfway brown it then add more paprika, white pepper, worchester sauce, cumin, tinned chopped tomatoes (1tin), finely diced chillies (or a tsp of lazy habenaro), passata (1 250g packet) and 1/2 tin of mexican bean mix (or kidney beans) mix it all up. Add more Worchester sauce, cumin, oregano, salt, black and white pepper, beef stock cube, ground coriander & a tiny sprinkle of nutmeg & cinnamon & chilli sauce.

As it's a man recipe it's liberal shakes of herbs & spices. But Damn is his chilli good.
