i need a diet buddy !

    hi all im back as i have let myself get back in to old habits im now weighing 13.7 and i am gutted :(:( but i need to accept and move on

    im following a 1200 cals a day diet and trying to do a exercise video three times a week

    i really want to start exercise classes but i think i will struggle to keep up and i struggle time wise, also this time of year im am finding it hard to resist biscuits, stodgy food and general junk


    help !! i am wanting to loose four stone but have set a mini goal at 11 stone

    hello thankyou i will do i have had a bad day today :( i just cant control my eating

    i have had

    scrambled eggs breakfast

    orange
    banana
    two sasuages mash potato carrots and gravey :eek: then had a packet of snack o jacks

    then a whole packet of american hard gums even at this point i felt sick and still ate them !!!

    i now feel rubbish and annoyed

    hey can i join too....been trying my best and saying i want o lose weight and just get stressy and mess it all up by eating laods! want to be 11 stone by my graduation (6 months away).

    i know the feeling, i always go back to just eating non stop, even when not hungry. stress, boredom and general life crap just seems to make me want to sit and eat. but i think support forums would be cool to keep track of eating/weight loss.
    im currently on day 2 of atkins lol (will i last, who knows?)hehe

    we are all very similar when it comes to eating everything and anything just for the sake of it. we have to try and stay focused and remember why we want to lose weight. small goals or reasons to lose weight might give us some focus into actually sticking with it. Anyone can join me and fb. we have been posting for a while now and weigh in weekly. Good luck to you all. x
