hi all im back as i have let myself get back in to old habits im now weighing 13.7 and i am gutted 
but i need to accept and move on
im following a 1200 cals a day diet and trying to do a exercise video three times a week
i really want to start exercise classes but i think i will struggle to keep up and i struggle time wise, also this time of year im am finding it hard to resist biscuits, stodgy food and general junk
help !! i am wanting to loose four stone but have set a mini goal at 11 stone
