I need help!

I have lost my motivation in the last week. Im so frustrated with my non existent weightloss. Iv with slimming world since jan and I haven't even lost a stone. It's not that I don't stick to the plan. I do rigidly. Iv been on holiday the past 2 weeks and iv lost my way. Can anyone give me any advice and easy recipes for lunch and dinner?

Hi there Hun. Firstly do you keep a diary on here? What days do you do? Have you tried changing them? Also do you vary what you eat or stick to the same things week in week out? Have you looked at the other food diaries on here to give you some ideas too?? So many questions, but it will help us to understand why you aren't loosing weight. Xx
