I really want a drink please help

We are on holiday and I've been very good. Stuck to diet 100%. But I've been wanting a drink since I been here.

What do I have to eat to able me to have a drink safely. Will be a few pints.

plenty of carbs to get you out of ketosis. Ketosis and alcohol can be really dangerous.
