when is it safe to have a glass on the cd
it's NOT !!
in fact - it is dangerous to drink alcohol when in ketosis.....the wine will still be there when you get to goal.....
it's really not worth it.....see the sticky at the top of the forum - Ketosis and Alcohol - that'll change your mind for sure !

am i in Ketosis thru every stage of my diet?
on SS, SS+ and 810plan (some people not on 810)
sorry - think I misunderstood...thought you wanted to drink while on SS/SS+
the 1200plan gives (small) glass of wine as an 'extra'......

'Angelic' - much better....
and WELL DONE for resisting the vino.... it's only for a little while......stay strong - you can do this - and the results are soooooooo worth it
