i want to make the syn free quiche but cant find it?

Yeah, it really is as easy as that!

I do the tuna & bacon one quite a bit. I just very lightly fry the bacon & onion (with Fry Light, of course....!?!!?;)), then lay that as the base, put the tuna on top of that, pour the beaten egg on top of all that, then, if preferred, just add sliced tomatoes and mushrooms. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Delicious!:D

I do a lovely chicken and bacon one on a red day.

Brown the bacon, chicken, a sliced onion and mushrooms until slightly brown.
Mix together 4-5 eggs with either a tub of quark or cottage cheese (I whisk it so it's combined better).
Chuck all the ingrediaents into either a flan dish or any other oven proof dish and mix it all together. Add sliced tomotos on top and grate some cheese (HEa) over the top.
Bake in the oven for 15-25 mins (depending on your oven) until golden brown!!!

if you use silicone bakeware with a smidge of fry light before bunging your ingrediants you dont lose half of it to sticking to the tin!
