IBS and CD? help please

Is it ok to continue with CD while suffering with IBS? I was told this morning and I am really worried now. Please help.

Hi jindal, what were you told?

I can't speak for everyone but I have nasty IBS, it causes me a lot of pain and discomfort, on CD it goes and I mean completely, it's one of the reasons I always come back to CD rather than any other diet..

Same here havent really had any problems apart from lack off pooping which happens on this diet, i found a ss+ meal every now and then makes things a bit easier but i used to be in right pain over it

Thanks for the reply. I,ve got a cyst in the pelvic and that is causing me lot of pain. because of that I was gone in for check-up and came back with another worry.
