Ice cool shakes

Hi All,

I only have access to the shakes and wondered how you keep yours cool? I don't know about you all but I have really iced water and make it up in the blender or shaker and it goes warm :sigh: But then we only have 15 mins to drink it!

How do you have yours?

Wizzed up in a blender with a handful of ice...delish. I actually miss these milkshakes when I'm not on CD
Can't do any of the hot things (soup etc) it has to be ice,ice cold

yup, ice with a hand blender, and don't leave them hanging around.

I chill the water in my works fridge then add the powder to the water and hand shake last thing just before lunch time
