Hi, so was at a friends house this afternoon and she gave me;

A quarter of a tin of princes sliced peaches in juice

2 scoops of tesco light ice-cream

Could someone please work out a rough syn value please? Xx

I would estimate about 180 calories, by doing a quick google for the calories in both.

Which works out as 9 syns, as no free food allowance in either. So you can use the 1 syn for every 20 calories rule of thumb.
