ideas for creamy curry

i am looking for some ideas on making a creamy curry. I made one using a can of coconut milk but i would like some other ideas that might be a bit lower in carbs for induction. thanks in advance

Use coconut cream it's about 1g for the tin if I remember, I use it to make jellies with. I use tesco own

Using double cream will be your lowest carb option. Most coconut milk is around 3g carb per 100g product but do check labels.
