ideas for mushy peas please

Mushy Pea Curry

3 cans of mushy peas
1 can of baked beans
onions and mushrooms (as many as you like)
1 tablespoon of sweetener
curry powder to taste ( i use the schwartz mild curry powder as im not good with spicy foods)
fry light

brown off the onions and mushrooms in some fry light, then add all the rest of the ingredients and leave on the heat for approx 20-30 mins. If you find the mixture to thick just add some water.

can I make the mushy pea curry and put it in the fridge overnight? We are having a taster session tomorrow morning and I fancy taking this in so will have to make it tonight as WI is at 10AM.
It should be fine to keep it in the fridge, no reason why not. It's a lovely simple recipe and surprisingly good considering the ingredients. I don't know about frozen peas though I have some in my freezer so will try it sometime this week.
