I have them with a tin of mackeral in tom sauce or ww tuna and a bag of steam fresh veg. Or with stirfry, or salad, or a tin of chickpea dahl for example. They're also great for buffets and bbqs. Try stuffing into roasted peppers.

Next time you're in a supermarket, check out the packets of Uncle Bens and Tilda microwave rices as some have recipe suggestions on them. You could try the websites for these 2 manufacturers too??

I think there are a couple of plain rices that are free, although can't swear to this as I never use them, but the flavoured ones have a syn value

not too bad was avoiding eating the basmati but one syn isnt bad for half a pouch ive just had half with my syn free veg chilli and syn free homemade tatziki on top tasty
