Hello! Just wondering if anyone has any extra easy meal ideas, I'm loving slimming world bs have found lots of yummy meals that I love but I'm wanting to broaden them! Don't want to end up sick of eating the same thing over and over and I'm going shopping later and plan to have a big cook off with the o.h when we get home.any ideas would be greatly appreciated! X

syn free potatoe crockets
1 pack of Mash or similar brand
Salt
Garlic
Plain Cous Cous
Fry Light
1 Egg
You can add half fat cheese as part of your HeA or you can syn it!

Instructions:
1) Mix the mash together with enough water to turn it stiff. Add salt and Garlic to taste (you can also add half fat cheese as part of your HeA or you can syn it) then roll into oblong balls small enough to fit in your mouth!
2) Make up some plain cous cous and leave to go cold and fluff with a fork
3) Roll the potato in the cous cous and then dip into a beaten egg
4) Spray with fry light then whip them in the oven for about 20 minutes on 170.
5) Remove them when golden!

chicken kebab on sticks
soy sauce
Chicken,
peppers, yellow,red, green
mushrooms
pineapple
onions
cherry tomatoes
serve with salad.
Would be nice with rice or jacket spud

cook chicken for few minutes to seal it then add soya sauce,
then add to the stick
chicken, pepper chicken mushroom cherry tomatoes pineapple and onion continue till end of the stick
dripple soy sauce over
cook in oven, on bbq or george forman
 
Chicken Curry (Syn free on EE)

Hya im new to the site but I have picked up a few recipes that are quite tasty! Im am not sure if anyone has posted this recipe either lol.

2x Chicken breasts
1x Curry oxo
2x Chicken oxo,s
Fat free Greek Yoghurt (Small one)
And what ever veg ( I use onions, Mushrooms and peppers)

Cook chicken in a little frylight until brown and set to one side.
Cook all veg until soft
Add the Chicken back into the pan heat a little and crumble in the 2 chicken oxo,s and stir until desolved.
Do the same with the Curry oxo.
Once desolved add the yoghurt until the mix is creamy (Desired texture)
Heat and serve with rice, or half rice and Slimming world chips!!

Really easy and tasty :D

Wow thanks for all the great ideas! I've been raking on the net for some recipes too and have converted them to sw. Added these and a few ideas of yours to my shopping list! Will let you know how they turn out! Keep posting your ideas guys I know lots of people need them! Thanks again x x x

Have decided to make my own spicy meatballs in tomato and chilli sauce served over spaghetti tonight! Don't have a recipe but I'm feeling experimental so will let you know how it goes! Let me know if anyone tries any of the recipes here! I have a few in my diary also so feel free to take a look if you want any more ideas x x

My spicy meatballs! They were delicious! Have some superspeedy butternut squash soup on the go too, thought it would be good to freeze and have as lunches. Thanks for the replies, will Defo be having a go!

That sounds amazing! Those are my favourite and now I can eat them syn free!:woohoo:
