The consultant was ill and had no helpers, she was only doing a weigh and go group this morning. We had the plan explained by another member so will do my best for this week, if there is anything I dont understand she told us to ring her. I was a little bit nervous as I've never been to group before I did WW at home but everyone seemed friendly so fingers crossed this works really!
