Can anyone help?
I had an egg salad sandwich today in Ikea, it was a sliced egg and there was a little of some kind of dressing.
Is there anyway of working syns out if you know the fat content?
The majority of the syns will be in the bread rather than the content I think, so if you allow say five syns for each slice of bread, a couple for any spread and one or two for the dressing you should be okay.
