Hi guys, i've come back.
I maintained my weight for a long time, then started to find my old habits creeping back and gained 1.5 stone.
I contacted my cdc, and after a chat decided to try step 3 for a week, then step 4 for a week, i lost a little weight and felt a little less bloated, then i blew it again.
Consequently im back at it again, so here i am looking for the little bit of support just to get me through the toughy bits

I know i can do it,ive done it before but second time round is a but harder.
I would like to loose that weight ive gained so i can get into those trousers at xmas, ive hung them up on the outside of my wardrobe to hopefully give me that bit of extra motivation.
