Hi to all,

I have been gone for a while as I was getting disheartened with very slow losses. Although last time round, I was a little dishonest with myself with not always counting the sugar in my tea (can't manage without it and can't stand sweeteners) and maybe not often counting my points when 1 item = 2 points, but 2 of the same item =5 :eek: (so just counting 4 instead (if that makes sense?)).

Anywho, I am back and looking forward to being very honest with myself :D

I would be interested to know how everyone that has reduced their points by 3 have found it and whether it has improved their losses?

hiya, i did the 26pps for 1 week and i felt it slowed my weight loss down a little, i don't i was eating enough and i was always hungry. but everyones different, what doesnt work for you works for someone else so you don't know unless you try

i use sweeteners instead of sugar now. its not the same at all but u do get used to it xx
