I'm Back (well i think i am ) xx

Hello all you gorgeous CDers :p

How is everyone?? I hope you are all well and doing a fab job with your diets and healthy eating :). I have missed you all very much :grouphugg:

I am sorry i have been away for so long :(

I started university last month and things have been major hectic with getting things sorted and with all the commuting (sp?). It didnt help that my internet was down like every other day :mad:

I also had ramadan last month (when we fast during daylight hours) which was really difficult for me, 14-15 hours of fasting everyday was hard work and it wasn't very good for my health.

I was following the 1000cals plan at the time but i couldnt stick to it because the breakfast options were too small to last me 15 hours and i was fainting all over the place :rolleyes:, lol. I couldnt swap the dinner option for breakfast either because that would mean i would have to be up at 3am to cook it :eek: and i couldnt drink all my water either :(.

Anyway to make a long story short, i let myself indulge in all the foods that i had missed (yes i was a very naughty lady :eek:) for a month and on Eid, and as a result i have gained about 6-7 lbs :rolleyes:.

So i am trying to get in touch with my CDC to see what i can do about it. I am thinking i might go back onto 790cals or SS to lose the few lbs i gained and then go from there. I dont regret the month though, the food was a nice thing to look forward to after 15 hours of fasting, lol, but i wish i had been a little more healthy in my food choices. I am back to drinking 3 litres a day though, which i found very easy to get back too :D.

Anyway i have to rush now, i have a train to catch for univeristy :rolleyes:

Ramadan sounds more difficult than SS!!! But, to only gain 7lbs in a month is pretty good going!! I can gain that in a week!!!
Good luck with getting back on it, you certainly sound as if you are in the mind Zone!!

Hi ladies, thank you for your lovely replies :). Its nice to be here again, everyone is so lovely and supportive.

I have spoken to my CDC today and i think i wil be able to go back on CD on Wednesday. I could start tmrw but i will be out from 5am and i know i will have nowhere to make my milkshakes :( and i hate drinking lots of water when i am using trains. But i'm going to see how i get on after i have a milkshake in the morning.

I'm really looking forward to starting but i have been invited out on sunday and then i have another meal on Nov 5th. So its going to be tough but i have told all my friends and family that i will be back on CD so hopefully they will understand if i cant eat anything.

Anyway, i have to go now. I have an early morning tmrw so time for bed :)

If your ticker is right then you obviously only have a few pounds to go and shouldnt SS - it would be dangerous for your health. I think you will probably need to be on 1000 - better check with your CDC

You've done so very well to only gain 6-7lbs over the month...heck, I gained 3lb in 2 1/2 days last week, I was megga naughty though and ate what ever I wanted too, very, very naughty of me. I'm going back to ss today after a blip yesterday:eek:

JodieJoJo, my ticker isnt upto date, i was going to update it the other day but its been so long since i have been on here that i have forgot how to do it :rolleyes:, lol.

I actually need to add about 8 lbs to it :( , but it was worth it to have a nice splurge over the month :D, especially with it being ramadan.

I'm back on the diet tmrw, i am doing SS for 5 days to maybe a week and then i will move upto 790cals untill i reach 8 stones 7lbs and then work up the steps, maybe a week or two at a time.

I am really nervous about tmrw, i am not sure how i will get on. I know i will do well with the water but its just the dread of the first few days. Luckily i am not doing much for the next week and a bit so hopefully things will go well :D. But i have had to cancel going to a party at the weekend because i just dont know if i could resist the temptation so soon, lol.

I'm also worried that i wont have such a big loss in my first week because i dont weigh alot at the moment. But a loss is still a loss.
