Hi all,

I don't know if anyone noticed that I have not been around

But to cut a long story short I've been in and out of hospital as I have gallstones:eek:

I'm now getting back to it and decided for now to do 810 which I'm finding alot easier at the moment.

I'm glad to see everyone is doing well.

Wondering if anyone does 810 and what your losses are? I know they are not going to be as good as ss but I'm happy for my weight to come off a bit slower if I can eat something! xxxx

Sorry to hear you have been ill Dev. Hope you are on the mend now. Re: 810, I lost 2 stone on SS & 2 stone on 810, the losses were slower, but still pretty good, and I found learning to eat a different way was really helpful for the first months of maintaining. Basically, loved 810... good luck on it!
