Well I'm sorry to say that after failing miserably when I last came off Lipotrim I'm now back! I'm so disappointed in myself for putting so much weight back on however, I have learnt a huge lesson so I'm hoping that this time when I come off the shakes I will realise that I cannot become complacent - the weight does not stay off without working at it.

Anyway on a more positive note I am on day 4 of my first week and I feel great! Lipotrim is like an old friend! I just hope I can have a repeat of the success I had last time (and keep it off this time!)

Good luck to everyone their weight-loss journey! It's lovely to be back on here!

Hi Suzy - saying hello because you live near me! Just to say good luck and congratulations on getting back to it. I'm on week 4 just now, hoping to stay on it til I get married in August then go on hol. It's really hard keeping it off, isn't it? I've promised myself this is the LAST TIME I'm doing this! WW or calorie counting for me when I get back.

Hi Suzy, I remember you from last year when I was on LT for the first time too. I mucked up after starting to eat again and I totally agree with you, it does take hard work to kep the weight off.

Stick with LT 100% and you know that weight will drop off you.

Good luck, not that you'll need it on this!

Suzy, lots of luck with the restart. How much are you hoping to lose this time round? It is so easy for the weight to pile on again. Maintaining our losses is the really hard part. If we tend towards putting on weight then it is constant effort to keep it under control.
Hope you get great result for your first week.

I would like to lose 6 stone (84lb) but I'm not sure if that will be too much. I found that when I've been talking to people since I was last on Lipotrim, they thought I'd lost too much - never thought anyone would ever say that to me!!!

I'm just going to give it my best shot at the moment and see how well I can do.

    Hi Suzy

I remember you too sweetie! Maintaining certainly is the HARDEST PART ever - eh! At least you have decided to do something about it again, and wish you all the best!

Hope your first WI goes well.
