After slowly putting on loads of weight, I'm back, started this morning and almost had a fit at exactly how much I weigh. :cry:
Any help or tips would be much appreciated too :eek:)

Post on the lipotrim forum, think of your next weigh in, push past any cravings, read posts for encouragement, have some more water, distract yourself from cravings, get out one of the outfits you will be able to wear a few weeks down the line, be clear about your overall goal and your mini goals.
You can do it!
 
Thanks for the feedback, I'm in the right frame of mind to go for it, plus the fact that I'm fast running out of clothes to wear is enough to keep me motivated. :eek:)
 
Hahaha, big motivator for me too; been living in poloneck sweaters that stretch and now have to face my button-down shirts gaping -but not for long. And those tight trousers had better beware; they will be too loose soon!
 
I am on day two and really pleased I thought that I would not be able to do it but I have HURRAY. :D sipping water throughout the day has really helped today. Good luck
