I'm back

Ok so I lost 4 stone at the beginning of the year. After major stress of work and exams I have eaten too much resulting in me putting 2 stone back on anyway, tomorrow jam back with you. 11 weeks until I go to Australia so I am hoping to lose 2 and a half stone in that time. X

Didn't managent last week. Too much food around. Australia 10weeks today. I want to lose at least 2 stone,really 3.
