dont know if anybody remembers me lol, i started on the 30th of march but had to stop because blood tests showed something wrong with my liver, but im back on now, started yesterday so today is my second day, ive been having sugar free juice in my water though, i know ur not ment to but i cant drink the water plane so i suppose the little bit of juice is better than a glass of coke i usually drink 5 times a day lol!

Welcome back Jenny. Glad to see you back on board. Hope you are better now.

Have you tried soda water for a change to normal water. I used to drink a lot of fizzy drinks before LT and find this nice for a change, I didn't used to like it at all. Good luck for your restart.

Good luck! The juice may well scupper your ketosis though - you need to find an alternative if you possibly can!

welcome back, i'd say try try try not to have the juice, my lovely. I'm a recent convert to cold sparkling water, it took a little time to get used to it but it does the trick now, i was a coke zero addict but the water replaces the chill and the fizz x

Yes, please, please try and learn to enjoy drinking water, hun as your body will absolutely LOVE you for it. I know for a fact the even diet fizzy drinks are every bit as bad for your health and teeth as the sugary ones.....it's all the acid, preservatives and artificial flavourings...treat your body like a temple, just put healthy stuff in and hopefully ir will give you a healthy body back!
