Im confused

Hi All

I am new to Slimming World and i am looking to see if anyone can help me, i can see there are Green, Original and Extra Easy Plans, however i cant seem to find when you do which plan, do i have to stick to the same plan throughout my diet or can i swap regularly?

I really appreciate any help :)

no you can swap around your days as much as you like, 1 day red, next day green, whichever suits you.
You will find which days you like more, I generally have green or ee as I dont eat much meat at all.

Just choose your days according to what you have planned to eat for the day, youll soon get the hang of it!
