Im crap!

    Hi everyone!
    I'm new on here, but I have been reading all your posts!
    I've been doing slimming world since end of january. I lost a stone in my first four weeks then I moved out of home with my parents and the weight loss slowed dramatically. I did get back into it again and lost another stone. I got down to 10 stone 10 which was amazing!!!! But as soon as I reached it I messed up and put on weight again (back up to 11st4). How do you get that motivation to carry on? Its like I just got complacent...

    Thank you so much!! I guess I should think of tomorrow being a new day. I have this problem where I set myself unrealistic targets then fall off the wagon as i haven't reached them! Duh!

    you have done great on your weight loss so far, you have just had a blip!!
    take it one day at a time and just think of how far you have come, you will get back on track and the weight will drop again,
    keep posting on here for encouragement.......minimims is the best
