Hi everyone!
I'm new on here, but I have been reading all your posts!
I've been doing slimming world since end of january. I lost a stone in my first four weeks then I moved out of home with my parents and the weight loss slowed dramatically. I did get back into it again and lost another stone. I got down to 10 stone 10 which was amazing!!!! But as soon as I reached it I messed up and put on weight again (back up to 11st4). How do you get that motivation to carry on? Its like I just got complacent...
