After several medical issues over the last two years ive not been able to lose any weight due to having to increase my steroid dose (i take replacement steroids as i have hypopituatism- a non functioning pituitary gland) because of several jaw surgeries and finding i had an underlying heart condition (mitral valve stenosis), and several other problems. Basically now i have been well enough to lower my steroid dose so hopefully should be able to lose some weight! Im the heaviest ive ever been so its going to be slow and steady i reckon! Ive done slimming world lots of times in the past and it just didnt work for me because of the steroids so im hoping it will work now!
