the only figs i can find are for the tesco frozen ones, at 60g they must be pretty small but are 4.5 on red and 8.5 on green. Hope this helps

pitta has 7 syns for one out a pack might be smaller than what u get from takeaway aint sure about sauce
or meat but another way is to make your own there is a reciepie for them in the thread and they are lovely my niece loves them i aint keen but then i dont like kebabs
