Hi,
Thanks for the replies to my previous post about water intake
My next question is why can't we have 'no added sugar' squash with our water?
I'm on day 5 and have been in keto since day 3. In that time I have been drinking NAS squash instead of plain water and it hasn't effected my keto status.
Do we have different levels of being in keto and can NAS drinks knock you out?
I don't think I'm making sense sorry, ss head on tonight
