I haven't had dessert in a long time so today decided I will be having something!

Decided to get some strawberries, meringue and squirty cream!! I can't wait to have it after my dinner! Also could anyone tell me how they measure out the cream when they use it?

So what is everyone else's fav dessert on the diet?!

I couldn't be trusted with squirty cream! Isn't it a level tablespoon? And who would scrape it off with a knife and not have it as well? Not me!

i am gonna have a lemon cheesecake ww one it 9.5 syns but so worth it i buy these and have a ww desert once a week just so i get my fix

I like meringue nests with raspberries and single cream. mmm. And ww choc brownie desserts which i think are 4.5syns x

Wasn't able to get the meringue in the end so its strawberries and cream instead

I use Anchor 'light' squirty cream - I give one good squirt and call it 1½ syns and keep my fingers crossed!!!
