HI Lou Lou, if you really feel you need something make sure it protein.

Ive read several posts in different places were many people say if they are ill they treat the few days as an add a meal week until they are feeling better, as usually the loss on an AAM week is same as SS.

Hope you feel better soon!!!!

Keep in mind the 16lbs you have to go, loulou. And the 26lb you've already lost. Go for a walk, have a bath, surf the net, watch tv, read a book, anything other than fall by the wayside. You'll only be sorry in the morning!!

Pamper yourself with something that is going to help you rather than hinder you - and good luck!

Hi Lou, AAM maybe the way for you, sometimes when we are ill we need to listen to our bodies but in the greatest possible way x
