I'm In! Bring it on or should it be t ake it off!

I'm on day 2 this morning, and its not nearly as hard as i thought it would be! I havent had any food craving, hunger or headaches. If it stays this easy, its gonna be a breeze! xx

Hope you're ok. Not sure if it's too late for this but low carb food includes:

Meat, fish and poultry
Quorn
Cheese
Eggs
Nuts
Green or white veg except peas, parnips and potatoes

Avoid:
Grains and cereals e.g. wheat (i.e. no bread or pasta), rice, corn etc.
Potatoes and starchy veg e.g. peas, parsnips, sweetcorn
Anything containing sugar - as well as choc/sweets etc stay away from fruit

Hope this helps - if you google Atkins you'll get loads of ideas. One of my favourite low carb meals used to be chicken topped with brie and bacon with loads of veg - yum!
