    that I've lost 6lbs since monday this week!! I know it's only water etc but it's 6lbs off, right???!:D:D

    thanks everyone - I still can't believe it. I keep thinking I was delirious when I looked at the scales!

    Thats brilliant ive lost 5ibs since monday and feel so good even thou i had a blip today i had a hand full of peanuts but oh well drinking loads of water to flush it out

    I just hope I can stick to it 100% cos I feel hungry today (day 4) - I haven't had my full 2L of water yet so maybe that's why. I hope I'm in ketosis!
