I'm new, and it's time for a change

Hello all.

Well, this is the start of a journey. I'm 18 years old and weigh 145kg/22stone 11lbs. I've been over weight for too long now and it needs to end. I've tried dieting many times before, sometimes it lasts a day or a week. But this time I'm going to stick to it, I have to and I need to. :)

I'm eating weight watchers food and doing 30 minutes exercise each morning. :) When I finish college in a month though, I'll be doing an hour exercising in the morning. :)
