Hiya I'm new to this forum so thought I'd post!
I've been doing slimming world for 5 weeks now for the first 3 was fab bit I've come stuck. I lost 10lb in first 3 week and then put in 2lb last week and I think I'm gonna put on weight this week due to having a bad weekend. I have no problem sticking to the plan Sunday to Thursday but Friday nights and Saturday's always get me stuck! It's alcohol and munchies these are my demons! So I wondered how you guys deal with these problems if you have them or what kind of things you eat to munch on when you need something sugary or savoury? Can you save your syns up for the weekend?
