Im new to this, just a question

Sorry I've just joined about 15 minutes ago and trying to figure out how to get about this forum and where to post things
I've got a question about the red or green days.
I'm currently doing it myself at home with all the books but hopefully plan to find a group to join soon and on my 4th day but I feel bigger than ever !
I'm vegetarian so only have green days and I'm wondering will I still see weight-loss if I'm continuously on green ? I feel so bloated.
I feel like I'm not getting much motivation to keep at it because I feel bigger now

I know many people here do the red or green days only and see big losses do I wouldnt worry. If u are bloated then drink some peppermint tea and that should ease it. I don't do the red of green days so can't tell u how long the bloatyness will last for but when I started sw I felt very dizzy and light headed. It's just our body getting adjusted to the new routine youll be in now..

Browse through the forum and sub sections and you'll soon get the hang of it x
