    Hi All

    I am a newbie and not just to MiniMins.com but to Slimming World too. I started on the 4th Jan (2011) and have lost 5.5lbs. I need to lose a further 2st 5.5lbs by the end of March; do you think this is achievable or am I aiming to high?
    Looking forward to finding my way round this site!

    Hi, welcome :) I'm not sure that kind of weight loss is possible on the plan you're on, but you're doing fab on it so I wouldn't change. I'd think you could lose a stone and a half by then though healthily. On a vlcd you might lose that much, but I don't think it's necessary when you're doing so well already,
