    Hi Everyone !

    Im totally new to SW and i am on my first week. So far so good ( I think)

    i have 64 weeks for my 30th birthday party next year and i want to be at goal by then. I have 5 stone 8 pounds to loose - 78 pounds !!:)

    Good Luck Tush and best to motivate you would be to set smaller goals at the beginning (ie- getting that .5 stone award).

    First goal - get out of the 15's - thats a loss of 8 pound !
