Hi all, I have recently re started slimming world online after failing a few months back, I was looking for some advice on what I am eating as I didn't have much sucess last time!

BREAKFAST
2 X SCRAMBLED EGG
MUSHROOMS (FRIED IN WORCESTER SAUCE)
HALF A TIN OF BAKED BEANS
COFFEE
DASH OF MILK ( 1/2 SYN)

LUNCH
AINSLEY HARRIOT MORROCCAN STYLE COUS COUS (not sure on syns forgot check!)

DINNER
LEAN BEEF BURGERS (HOME MADE)
CHEESE SLICE (HEa)
SIDE SALAD (LETTUCE, CUCUMBER AND SPINACH)
SLIMMING WORLD CHIPS

SNACKS
MULLER LIGHT
BANANA
2 X RYVITA (HEb)
NUTELLA (1.5 SYNS)

Looks like a nice well-balanced set of meals there! The cous cous is 0.5 syns per 100g (made up but without butter, etc).

A few pointers: You should aim to have between 5 and 15 syns per day - at the beginning, it's easier if you aim for 10-15 - you appear to have only had about 3 syns that day! Also, Extra Easy requires that each of your meals have one third of your plate made up with superfree foods (listed in your book at the beginning)... your lunch could have done with some salad or something like that!

Apart from that, looking good - keep it up!
