    Hi Everyone I'm new here on CD Starting tomorrow, been to Lighter Life and I lost 4 stone last year June and I tried CS this year January and it was really hard for me because I end up eating too much, now I want to go back to liquid only because I've done it with LL and I hope it won't be hard with CD, please guys I really need your support.

    Hi sweets, well done for your losses on LL :). You've done this kinda diet before so you know you can do it again. I'm into my second month after restarting CD, so if i can do it, anyone can :). Lets get started, wooo.

    Hey welcome,
    I am on day 7 of CD it has its ups and its downs (downs being mostly weight loss) but you obviously can do it, as you did sooo well on LL, good luck. ;)
