I'm not going to be voyeur but a participator !!

Hi everyone, this is so new to me. To express how I feel online.
I'm 52 years and like most people,my weight loss journey had been gains and losses. I joined slimming world mid January and stuck to food optimising and excersise to the letter and have managed to reach target. I'm now finding maintaining target more daunting. What I've done in the past is, patted myself on the back for a job well done, then slowly introduce my previous bad habits and couch potato status!! But now, things have got to change. I know it's not rocket science but I'm struggling at the long term prospect and perhaps failing. Has anyone got any thoughts??
